Foreword
By-Keither ‘Toby’ Williams
Tawana Williams Husband
and Best friend
Contemplating how to put these words
onto the pages of my soul mate Tawana’s latest book was a challenge and a
difficult task for me. We’ve been friends for more than forty years. In fact as
children we played together, I fed her cookies and candy, tied her shoelaces
and yes-carried her in my arms when she got tired of walking; I
love me some Tawana. Seriously, devastating loss often comes with a
price. Tawana’s powerful mind-set revolutionized the words “Figure It Out” and “I
can do it.” So there’s no surprise to me that although she was born
without arms, gang raped, raped by her step father, addicted to crack for ten
years, experienced abortion and motherhood, ultimately, I knew that she would figure
it out and overcome her latest dilemma; a ‘stroke.’
My wife Tawana has always been the
one who ‘finds the need and feels it,’ once again, she did it with her
latest book “Mind Interrupted”-Experiencing Technical Difficulties. Her mind-set
is so positive and she has an uncompromising spirit that even a ‘stroke’
couldn’t move her into a level of comfort and couldn’t stop her persevering
will.
Comfort zones cause most people to become complacent and eventually they quit;
not my wife Tawana. She is so powerful that the enemy couldn’t take it anymore;
especially at her last speaking engagement that you’ve read in The Praise of
this book by Tawana’s friend Ms. Vernordra
Haynie. It was so anointed and mesmerizing; words couldn’t describe the power
she had. On that day, we shut the enemy down! It tried to Form and Prosper;
however, It Did Not Work.
In Tawana’s first book “I’m
Different But I Can,” It didn’t work; she shut it
down. Her second book “Unarmed But Dangerous” The Tawana
Williams Story of Relentless Struggle and Ultimate Victory, people were
blessed by her tenacious spirit of Never Giving Up; she shut it down.
Then came her third book “Motivation for The Soul”-Move Or Be Moved,
she shook many foundations with her Circle of Friends and their stories; they
shut that book down too. Her fourth book “Da-Bomb” Systems That
Create a Wealthy Mind-Set exploded and once again, it was shut down. Which
leads us to her latest book “Mind Interrupted”-Experiencing
Technical Difficulties and HE the enemy, tried to shut HER
down again; however, “God had his hands on her.” Did you
know that my wife Tawana is a force to be reckoned with; therefore, she
couldn’t stop if she wanted to.
After completing this book you too
will understand how to experience the HEALING Power of God through your
own difficult moments, experiences and adversities. Faith comes by hearing and
hearing the word of God, so let me ask you a
question. How does a deaf person have Faith? My answer is by
Understanding because you must understand that the ways of God are not
the ways of man…
God Bless You! Keither ‘Toby’ Williams-Tawana’s
husband
